Diponegoro University, conducted Benchmarking with two of the Best Universities in Indonesia, namely Brawijaya University and Padjajaran University, related to the curriculum, Independent Student Exchange since the odd semester of 2022/2023 until now. The Independent Student Exchange (PMM) aims to improve student competencies, both soft skills and hard skills, so that they are more prepared and relevant to the needs of the times. This program uses an experiential learning method with a flexible path in the hope of facilitating students in developing their potential. Students are given the opportunity to study across campuses in the country and master various knowledge and skills through the experiential learning method which is useful for entering the world of work and character development.

The event was attended by representatives from the Department of Business Administration and also conducted a visit to FISIP Unpad to continue the curriculum Benchmarking and Independent Student Exchange. The Independent Student Exchange has been successfully implemented for two periods, namely in the 2022/2023 Odd academic year with a total of 39 (Thirty Nine) students with Brawijaya University and in the 2022/2023 Even academic year with a total of 32 (Thirty Two) students with 21 (Twenty One) students with Diponegoro University and 11 (Eleven) students with Brawijaya University. Through this program, it is hoped that in the future Diponegoro University will be able to expand cooperation not only in the Independent Student Exchange Program but also in the development of other Tri Dharma of Higher Education such as Research and Community Service.
